I recommend to all my family and friends...
Such an important part of my medicine cabinet. Whenever you feel a cold coming on - take it. It will either stop it in its tracks or help the recovery go much faster. I trust Dr. Christopher's formulations and so far, for the myriad of issues I've encountered in my health, they have always set me back on track. Highly highly recommend!

Amazing
I was sick for over a week and my hubby was just coming down with the sme thing when we started taking this. We took it in large quantities and it knocked the illness out within a day for both of us. I also emptied the contents of one capsule into some honey and gave it to my 4 year old who was showing the symptoms - he took it with no problems, slept soundly, and woke up just as well and healthy as mom and dad. We continued taking it the next day tapering off the amount and felt amazing! Highly recommend this product. We bought another bottle to have on hand in our medicine cabinet.

Can knock out a cold in about a day if taken at the very beginning!
At the very beginning of a cold or flu, we have taken 3 of these every 2 hours along with one capsule of lobelia, and in about a day or a day and a half the cold was gone. Google Steven Horne, School of Modern Herbal Medicine and Samuel Thomson (no p in Thomson) for why this works. This Chest Formula is the same as Samuel Thomson's Composition Formula. Instead of just killing the virus, it evidently cleans out the debris in the body that harbors the virus.
