Metal Hair Combs

Size is perfect and the material is exactly what I needed. I bought them to use as flea combs for my two curly tangly doodles. The plastic ones are for the birds and the ones with the pins embedded in plastic do not hold up. If the teeth get bent you cannot ever get them back in line and have to remove them with pliers. My new stainless steel combs make it all the way to the skin and the fleas are easily removed. BIG PLUS...they love being groomed with these combs!

Really nice quality polished, stainless steel. Nice and compact. It's rather heavy because it's solid steel, but the teeth are nicely rounded at the end, so they don't irritate or catch on the hair and the two options for the width between the teeth is perfect for my needs. Excellent value, can't believe you get two for that price. Highly recommend.

Durable pocket combs. Great product. Long or short hair.

Pros: - Size (fits in a card slot in your wallet) - Not likely to bend or break without significant force. Far more than you will ever exert combing even the thicked beard or sitting on it in a back pocket of your pants. - Price Cons - Edges, even on comb tines, are hard corners making it prone to cut/tear the beard hair instead of combing through smoothly, especially if you have a thick, curly beard. It is not cutting/tearing the hair like if it was a blade or scissors but I do find it does cause torn/cut hair slightly more often than with a wooden beard comb. Oiling your beard just prior to combing also helps greatly reduce the number of broken/torn/cut hairs and being metal this comb can be quickly and easily be washed or wiped off without the water, soap, or oil residue damaging it, unlike wooden combs. * I plan to spend an hour or so lightly wet sanding down the edges with some 500+ grit wet sand paper to smooth/soften the hard corners/edges. I expect that will all but eliminate the one Con experienced with this comb.

I got this as a small side gift for my boyfriend for Christmas. He finds keeping one in his wallet very convenient. It fits in there perfectly and it a gives him a way to fix his hair between his messy jobs before seeing clients. It feels really durable, it’s not super this bendy, flimsy metal. It feels sturdy. I would recommend

I walk my Bouviers on trails. There are seasons when they collect burrs on their beards and legs when they snuffle about. These combs are perfect for removing the burrs before they get really embedded in their fur. The teeth are strong and having coarse and fine spacing is useful.

These are good quality combs and fit perfectly in any pocket. Great price point for two!

I wanted a strong metal comb to clean paint brushes. The comb in my paint brush cleaning tool has teeth far to wide apart to clean a smaller brush, like a 1 inch properly. I took to Amazon to see what I could find, and ran across this 2 pack. I love that there’s 2 sizes of teeth, and I’ve used these on my small brushes numerous times since I bought them! These get paint out of the bristles better than my cleaning tool ever will. They are super strong, easy to clean and do exactly what I bought them for. Very pleased with this purchase

Yet another plastic one broke so I bought this (x2). It's unlikely that I will ever need to replace this, should last decades. As an aside, it never occurred to me that combs meet a specification, but comparing against the plastic one that broke, the width of the teeth and the width of the gaps are identical.

Had a wooden one and it snapped, bought another but it wasn't as pointy? Firm? I'm not sure what it was but it didn't feel right so I tried this and wowie that's the stuff! I use it for my beard, which isnt very long at all but not too short, if that's anything for anyone

Same size as a credit card, therefore, fits nicely into a wallet and can be used for head or beard. Good item.
