The difference in actually breathing through your nose and being a mouth breather is astronomical in differences. I’m able to think clearer, not worry about stinky breath (because mouth breathing increases that, i do brush my teeth lmao), not be embarrassed of my annoying and loud nose breathing, and much much much better sleep. This serves as a way to seriously stop the struggle of deviated nostrils (or just messed up nostrils in general). Being able to get QUALITY SLEEP is a total game changer in how my day goes. These are not hard to use and they come pretty cheap for how long these boxes will last (one box lasts me months and months (using every night). They ALSO are incredibly durable in terms of stickiness, but not to the point of damaging your pores. I just love these. As a 21 year old guy, these make it easy to breath and not be so frustrated with such a simple task. On top of all of this, not only do you benefit from this, but your lovely girlfriend who wants to strangle you every time you fall asleep due to the fact that you cant breath at night, can now sleep peacefully as well. The only “advice” i have to the use of this amazing technology is, WIPE YOUR NOSE BEFORE EACH USE… humans are gross and we sweat a lot. And because of that, the strips have a harder time sticking if there are oils underneath. Other than that, order yourself some of these and understand it will change the way you operate and sleep on a daily basis. Last thing, these are NOT only used for sleeping, it can be used for sports, naps, yoga, workouts, work life, etc, these nose strips WILL help with these activities as well just the same. Please do yourself a favor and get these.

I put one of these on as soon as I got them and I got instant relief, I have several TBIs and broken noses and have dealt with not being able to breath out of my nose for a long time, these definitely help with opening the nasal to help with breathing, hopefully they help with snoring also

I usually use Sam's Club brand but purchased this brand, this time, because they were the closest thing I could find on Amazon and I needed quick, overnight delivery. They work well BUT not as well as the Sam's Club brand OR Breathe Right brand. The stiff strips that are used to pull open nasal passages are just not as stiff so they don't work quite as well and the sticky/glue doesn't last as long. (I needed to wear them 24/7...so if only using at night they will definitely work just fine. But if you have oily skin OR need to use for more than 8 hours at a time, I suggest wiping down nose and nose creases with rubbing alcohol before applying.) They are easy to remove, but again I was needing 1 strip for 24 hours so it lost its stick naturally after about 16.... if only using overnight, maybe use some warm water and soap in the morning to remove, as to not pull skin too much.... especially if you're sensitive.

We need to have this by my husband’s bed side, they work productively , great quality. They work fantastic to control my hubby’s snore

The strip is effective but it really damaged my skin after a couple of uses. I now have an issue wearing my glasses. Overall wont recommend

I was honestly surprised by how well the nasal strips work. They work better than medication, at least for me. I find the quality of this brand to be superior to other lower priced brands. So even though these are not the cheapest option, they are still less expensive than the “famous” brand and offer a good value. Unlike cheaper brands, they don’t come loose in the night. These stay on until I take them off. Be sure to read the instructions for applying them properly - that is important for the best results.

Having used nasal strips before I had certain expectations that were fully met wthese strips. After my nightly skin care routine I cleansed my nose with the tier before adhering the nasal strips easier breathing and a clearer nasal passage were mine for the entire night! The strip was pleasantly easy to remove the next morning and the light amount of adhesive residue was easily removed with toner. Will purchase again.

I tried both the regular and extra strength versions, and they were both awful. The adhesive is far too strong and feels more like glue than a skin-safe strip. When you peel it off in the morning, it can actually bruise your nose and cause micro-bleeding under the skin. After just one or two uses, I ended up with visible marks and peeling — it looked like the top layer of skin had been ripped off. The skin becomes dry and irritated, and it takes about a week to heal. These strips might open your nasal passages, but the damage to your skin isn’t worth it. Definitely not recommended.
