Takes too long
I bought this toaster with kettle looks amazing and elegant in black. Easy to clean. Only dislike is that it takes too long to toast timed it and it takes approximately 3-4 mins! I left it on number 4 nice and brown but the downfall only toasts 3/4 of bread and that's a medium sized bread so I figured out that if I put the bread in sideways it's getting brown all over which is brilliant! No more turning over!!

Not too bad.
Great 4 slice toaster. Good heat settings. Good value for money and looks nice. Nice colour. However like every UK toaster you're gonna have to turn your bread half way through as it doesn't fit.

Have to turn bread around to toast the top
Really like the look of this toaster and hoping it will be reliable as its a well known make in the UK. However, the bread doesn't toast all the way to the top so need to turn around once done. Don't know if the slices of bread are being made longer and the toasters are not changing to accommodate this?

Never been the best toaster ..
Lovely to look at but toasting wise always hit and miss. We usually use the number 3 setting as otherwise you get untoasted bead or if you go higher risk getting it burnt. However a year into using it two elements on ones side have randomly burnt out and trip the RCD switch so we can’t use that side at all (so 2 slice spaces out of action). Have lodged case with manufacturer as this comes with 2 years warranty. Should have registered it as it would then have 3 years!

Takes ages to toast and dry bread out
Drys toast out when wanting it actually toast as it takes ages to get any colour, think it doesn’t get hot enough, wouldn’t recommend, looking at replacing.
