I love Mogami!
I did not take apart the connector housings to check the solder work, but externally these cables are neatly and professionally constructed. I have a long history with Mogami cable in a number of studios, and the quality is excellent. I am using this cable between the AES output of a DAT machine and the AES input of my Lynx Hilo interface to transfer some old DAT masters I have.

Works good
I bought this for interfacing my Helix guitar processor with a Line-6 amp. Works great. A typical XLR cable does not have the data aspect as this cable does.
