Great card for what I need.
Runs really quiet, does what I need it do. I have a Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86Ghz with 2GB of PC2-5300 RAM, running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit. My old video card, an PNY Nvidia GeForce 7300GS with 256MB DDR2 RAM blew its caps. That card was OK, and could run games like Starcraft at full res, and Counter-Strike: Source at 30fps at 800x600 low settings. Once that card blew out, I was looking for a replacement. I don't plan on playing new games. I had the games I needed and just needed to make sure Netflix looked good. This card was the perfect replacement. For Nvidia cards at this price, I was getting much less in terms of cores, shaders, memory, etc. This card was a snap to install (though drivers were a b**** for Vista, make sure you download directly from the website), it's low-profile, and doesn't need additional power ports. With this card, I bought Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty, and run at max settings at 1650x1080 at about 30fps, though sometimes it'll lag if there's too much going on. Haven't tried CS:S yet, but I bought CS:GO and waiting to try that. Starcraft 1 and other stuff render beautifully. I can play video files easily, and edit photos perfectly (though I haven't tried any video editing yet). Netflix and YouTube run crisp, if not better than before. The only thing I'll say is that I have a 305W rated power supply made from some unknown Chinese company (this is a Dell after all). One time so far, on waking the computer up, I blue-screened (never happened before), due to the win32.sys file. I'm pretty sure this is because on wake-up, the card draws a lot of power to render everything at once, and caused a hiccup. With my power supply, I'm running the processor, RAM, a 7200RPM hard drive, 2 DVD-ROM drives, and a bunch of USB peripherals, so yeah, it just drew too much power at that point. Never had any other problems since though, but I do recommend a good 300W PSU at the very least. One positive thing was the customer support at ASUS. They respond quickly and work hard to resolve your problems. I had a back and forth with a rep over the driver issue, and it was resolved quickly. In conclusion, this card does everything I need, including running some good video games, Netflix, movie clips, photo editing, and runs an HD monitor display perfectly, for a cost that didn't break the bank. This card alone has made me an AMD fan, and all their products now deserve a second look from me. Update: upgraded my RAM to 4GB and tried CS:GO. I run it at 1650x1080 at 60fps at medium settings. Love this card!

Dead!
I installed this card into a new build for gaming. My motherboard doesn't have onboard graphics as I prefer and I purchased this one because it is highly rated and looked to have good features for the money. Well, it was a total DOA. I couldn't make it work at all, even the fan so I sent it back and purchased another brand that works very well.. I've used ASUS products in years past and have had excellent results until I bought a laptop last year and had to send it to ASUS for repair twice before they got it right. Now this graphics card is DOA. ASUS, you need to sharpen your QC! The positive side to this is the excellent return service given me by Amazon.com. They were fast and never questioned anything. I do hope this was a fluke times two because I'd hate to see a company like ASUS start to turn out bad quality.

Installing was the easy part with win 8.1 a nightmare
I've always turned to ASUS for something great. It works very very well with the Gigabyte board. The problem I had was I couldn't install the drivers for it, with out A LOT of headache! I couldn't install anything for it on this build. I had to go the the website & get the software & install it, less drivers. Win8.1 picked up on it, during update, otherwise I kept getting the message "install an ASUS card" (or something like that). I certainly blame both Microsoft & ASUS for not playing well together. After that, the card is working fine enough, with out any tweaking software. Very, very lame indeed. It may work better on win7, but I don't know that yet. I may pick one up for my win7 computer, & will update this, if I do. Card is built nice, the fan turns on & there is output. Having two plus three gigs of video, I don't see that there is going to be any video issues.

Nice video card, great price, TERRIBLE service
EDITED, @ 90/30/2018 OK, when I got this card, I thought it was great, it did almost every thing I ask, until I tried to connect it w/ HDMI cable. That would *not* work. So, I got a RTA, to have it fixed, or even replaced under the WARRANTY. I packed up, mailed it off, & waited for it to come back, all fixed up. Boy Howdy! was I ever wrong. I got the card back, installed it, & my computer wouldn't POST, it gave a beep code which indicated "NO VIDEO". Took it out, reinstalled my temp/back up card, & it all worked. Tried the R7 240, same thing. Then, I couldn't get the time of day from ASUS. So I bought another card [I had to return it, THANK YOU, AMAZON PRIME!]. & then I bought another card, a Asus AMD Radeon R7 250, which I'm still using that.

Satisfied
Product arrived earlier than expected well packed and in very good condition. It was just the graphics card alone, as expected. Downloading and installing graphics driver software is necessary. Installation itself was effortless. It was a low profile card so the outputs we're HDMI and DVI-D only. A DVI-D to VGA adapter was needed to connect my VGA monitor. I got a decent performance boost for my old system and am very satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend this seller.

People may tell you it is a low end card. But if you dont want to upgrade your 300 or 250 watt power supply and still have a working machine with old config, it is a good option. I bought this because my old machine built in gpu was dying and was getting pixelated freeze screen.

If you are looking for a budget Graphics card with low power & best graph experience? This card is made for you .This is not an ultimate graphics card for 1080p gaming in 60 FPS, But you can play most of the games in 720p in medium settings at 30-50 FPS Good :) 1. Value for money (compare to HD 5450, GT 610 etc...) 2. Low Profile (you may wonder this simple pies is a graphic card) 3. Powered by AMD Radeon R7series 4. 2GB VRAM 5. Max Resolution : 1920x1200(if you have a HD monitor) 6. Super cool operation(32C at idle 65C max at gaming) 7. Less noise (may be 30-40 dB) 8. Less power consumption (max120W,no external power required ,work with any standard SMPS) 9. 128 bit Memory Interface 10. Very fast installation (any one with minimum computer knowledge can fix it with in 10 minute) Bad :( 1. Slow speed DDR 3 not DDR 5 2. Maximum Memory Clock is 1800 MHz Actually I bought this item just for 3dx Max rendering more than 1000000 ploys, work really fine for V-ray rendering .also I try some games on it like GTA IV, Far Cry 4,Battileifield4,Assassin creed, Call of duty : Back ops etc..All games are work fine in 720p sometimes 1080p. 30 to 60 FPS is assure in medium settings Note: this graphics card is recommended by famous Youtuber “Austin Evans” in “The Best Budget Graphics Card” Video on its channel
