When he was a little boy, some seers predicted that he will become either a great king or a spiritual leader. His father kept his son in luxuries and away from all sufferings. But once on a trip through the city, Siddhartha observed an old man, a diseased person, and a dead man. After seeing all this, prince Siddhartha gave up his princely status and embarked on a spiritual journey of self-discovery.
