Easy to install. Used these on my Kasa Outdoor Cameras. They pop in and out easily, don't damage your siding at all, and hold everything in place. I gave them a good tug (about 5lbs of pull) and no issues. Recommend for security cameras.

I have wanted to mount security camera on my back deck but didn’t want ti drill holes in my siding. I came across these hooks and thought I’d give them a try. They worked great. Attached these to the house and the camera mounting plate to these. Strong to hold the camera! Highly recommend these.

I love these hooks, they are perfectly designed (at least for my siding) and hold amazingly strong in storms and sustained gusting winds. I have bought these a number of time, never had a quality issue and have held up well for over a year in a wide variety of applications around the house. You do have to make sure they are seated 100% properly, but once you take the extra 10 to 20 seconds they hold very strong and love they come with the screws. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing to add lights, cameras, decorations or anything else around their house. They have not damaged siding in the least (remember there are different materials, sizes, and age of your siding can all factor in).

I never knew these existed, but now that I do, I am sure that I will find a number of uses. For now, I used them to hang some Blink outdoor cameras. We have had some very violent storms this summer. These things didn’t even budge. They (and my cameras) are still holding on tight. Update 1/18/2025 - I was here looking to purchase some more of these clips and want to update my review. I purchased these clips in 2021. Since then, I have used them to hang a number of different Blink cameras, INCLUDING THE KIND OF BLINK CAMERA THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE BATTERY OPERATED FLOOD LIGHTS. The light and camera fixture, which requires four D cell batteries, is heavy. I used these clips to hang this fixture. It has been hanging for years and there has NEVER been an issue. If you’re concerned that the clips aren’t strong enough, the strength of these hangers has never been an issue for me after years of use, even when used on something much heavier than a stand alone Blink camera. Additionally, I noticed a couple of videos that say the hangers don’t work, that they are “useless,” etc. The video that says the hangers are useless is correct. The hangers are useless when you try to use them on concrete fiber siding instead of vinyl siding. The hangers are made to be used on vinyl siding. If you try to use them on something other than vinyl siding (like Hardie Plank concrete fiber siding for example), the hangers will indeed be “useless.” Also, if you try to use the hangers in the wrong place, they aren’t going to work. They must be put into VINYL SIDING. If you try to slip the hanger into the trim above the vinyl siding, it’s not going to work for you. You’ll see this in one of the videos attached to a review. If you look at the photos included after the video, you’ll see vinyl siding (that’s where the hanger should be installed). If you try to slip the hanger into the trim above, as the video clearly shows, the hanger is not going to work.

These hooks are easy to use and hold well. I have new siding & don’t want to drill holes to hold decorations. They are easily removable to change things up at anytime.

I have a camera hanging off of it and haven't had any issues. They're really easy to hang up and don't come off either (assuming you're below the rated weight limit). Just remember that despite them being reliable and sturdy, they're still very easy to uninstall, so if you're in a bad neighborhood then don't hang up expensive Nest Cams in easy to reach areas because you're probably going to lose them.

No more nailing the wall, it’s works perfectly to hang decorative and lights on external wall if the house. It’s sturdy and hold the weight for last 4 months without any problem. Happy with the purchase.

Easy to install

Bought these so I could mount my security cameras outside without having to actually screw into the side of my house. These work PERFECTLY. Might just be my vinyl, but it took a couple tries to really get them secured. But once I figured out how to do it, it was super easy. They seem to be secure, and have already survived a few heavy wind storms. One of the storms took out a tree in my yard, but the cameras stayed put and got the whole scene recorded. If you have vinyl siding and need to mount something but don't want to damage the siding, highly recommend these.
