EXCELLENT! I was looking for a waist shaper that would be sturdy for everyday workouts and this is it! The back support it has on the back (as pictured) gives me amazing support while doing weights and lifts for the booty! The front straps are VERY durable and adjustable! Just received it and so far so good. Sitting in an office chair all day helps with the back support. I haven't worked out with it yet but just from sitting still I sweat a little with it on.

I was very pleased with this waist trainer. I was worried that it would be poor quality because of the price, but was very surprised of how sturdy it is and it’s high quality. I purchased a second one for my daughter and hopefully it’s the same quality.

More than worth the price very sturdt and comfortable think if you want your whole body covered but two but one is good you can just put I'll it up or down if you have stomach on top and bottom lol love thisbyou can strap on the belts on top or just on the band

I purchased this not as a waist trimmer, but to replace my bulky back brace. I had back surgery & the placement on my back of this brace really helps relieve my back pain. If it helps with weight loss, that would be a bonus.
