Not 4' x 2', and not durable
I purchased a 4' x 2' Tailgating Pro set 18 months ago, advertised as 4' x 2' and "regulation size." Since they claimed that the boards are "finished with a clear varnish to protect them for years to come," I figured that it would be okay to occasionally leave them on my lawn overnight. Mind you, I NEVER left them on my lawn overnight, but I thought it would be okay if I did. Instead, what I DID do is pick them up after every use and put them on my covered porch. Then, when the playing weather was gone, I put them in my humidity-controlled basement for the cold weather.Despite being careful, after a year the plywood started to separate and peel, both around the edges of the board and around the hole. So much for being protected "for years to come."I decided to make lemonade out of lemons. Except for the plywood top, the rest of the structure (the box frame and the legs) were still in good shape. So, I carefully removed the dilapidated plywood top from the frame. I then went to my neighborhood box store and purchased a 4' x 2' piece of finish plywood and a 6" hole cutter. I carefully cut the hole, sanded the edges smooth, lifted my 4' x 2' plywood onto the box frame, and .... they lied! The Tailgating Pros 4' x 2' Cornhole Board is actually 47¼" x 23⅝". So, my replacement regulation-size plywood top was too large.

How to change led lights on board
My wife and I just purchased and received the unfinished corn hole set with the led lights. I liked the way it looked at first but THENI was disappointed because one board was on a solid red led and the other one was in a multi light setting. As per the description we thought we could change the color and mode.., we could not figure it out and the instructions did not mention how to change either of them. Turns out my wife is a genius! I am usually the know it all but she figured it out! I am very proud of her and she turned my frown upside down,! There is a small switch that controls the colors and the speed , brightness and mode connected to the chord! So happy! Problem resolved! Big party for the 4th of July...on the 6th;, Very nice! now I love the set! It has many cool color options, Can’t wait to play at night. And win!!!!

Highly recommend!
Before purchasing 13 cornhole games I wanted to make sure that they were a quality product. After reading the feedback from, "Truly Disappointed", "Materials are fairly cheap", & "Incorrect measurements" which all gave a 1 star I purchased one game to test the quality. This product is built of the highest quality wood, exactly the correct measurements, & does not have "bag bounce" when played on. The other 12 cornhole games were ordered & were shipped in a timely manner. Buy it--you'll never regret your purchase!!! Charlotte M-C from Maine

Very Disappointed
Upon arrival we notice one of the legs had a crack, we thought this may have been just how the wood was but after further look it was assembled like that. After only using the game twice, all the lights around hole have come off, the other lights short out when the bags hit the board and one bag already split and leaked corn everywhere. I am so disappointed that I paid what I did for this and it turned out to be junk!

REALLY nice lighter weight boards—outstanding customer service
I ordered a set of these boards as a gift for my father after doing a lot of homework (more than I care to admit). He's 71 and my boards, which are made out of 2x4s are a bit heavy for him to handle. These boards are considerably lighter and very high quality. Best of all, they're "pro" level, which is important to my dad, with stick/slide bag options and with minimal bouncing of the bags when hitting the boards. One board arrived damaged and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I highly recommend!!

Nice!
Very nice, just as described, perfect if you don't have time to build, but you want to customize. I would have spent nearly as much on wood.

Measurements Incorrect
I ordered the 4 foot by 2 foot cornhole boards. I just measured them and they actually measure 3 feet, 11 inches by 23.5 inches. I feel these were wrongly labeled as 4 foot by 2 foot - these are not regulation-sized.The boards, bags and carrying bag seem perfectly functional otherwise, but I'm unhappy (of course after I've already primed for painting) to find out the boards are not actually regulation-sized.
