There is nothing not to love about this product. It keeps me regular. You can up take or down take it to what yo need. It says take 7 pills , I can get by with 2 to pills daily . Just listen to your body every ones different. If you doing this with his colon parasite cleanse best to take 7 pills to cleanse and purge all the toxic parasites out as fast as possible. I love this fiber , I have been using this brand for several years, its the best!!

This companies products are kind of expensive. But works and seems to be very gentle.I can take less then recommended and still get results. I use at night before bed.You may want to start with a Colonic or Enema and you might get quicker results when you first start if you've already had a issue for a while.This makes a terrific traveling companion when your not on your usual routine.

I have taken other colon supplements in the past that are not this effective. This is the real deal. If you want to lose weight, it is very important you have #2 at least 2 times per day. I would recommend starting this over the weekend. Drink lots of water. I wasn't going to the bathroom enough on a keto or a low carb diet. This has helped me out so much. And of course the less waste you have in your system, the better the nutrient absorption into your body. This is better than Keto Detox.

It didn’t work for me.

Me and my husband take about 2 to 3 tablets everyday and is really effective to induce 2 or 3 bowels. This doesnt induce loose stools like others. Ordered one more from Markus website separately.

I don't have a hard time going to the bathroom so I went by the daily minimum. Its very effective. Drink lots of water. I felt really dehydrated and week in the beginning. Also limit your social skills the first few days.
