This steamer is awesome. I put my aloe vera and oils in my hair. Plastic bag and sit under this for 20 minutes. It has 2 settings hi and low. Hi gets pretty hot so I had to crank it to low setting. This beats me carrying the big under hair dryer thats so loud to sit under. Im relaxing watching football. From one curly girl to the next I recommend this!

Ok to get this out the way it does NOT have 3 temp settings. There are 2 temp settings and an off setting. After yrs. of using the microwaveable cap this is a tremendous improvement. I love it. I only use the low setting which gets warm enough combined with the heat of my head in the shower cap. I'm terrified of heat damage so low got the job done well for me.

So glad I purchased this. My hair was in turmoil from neglect all year. This cap warms up perfectly allowing the product from my conditioner to deep into my hair follicle. The adjuster could be a bit better to allow a tighter grip but honestly if you use a shower cap and then put this steamer over it, it fits great! The high level gets high, like really high. I wasn’t expecting that but again it’s what I needed. It’s not loud at all. The cord is a bit short but aside from that nothing but good things! I’ve recommended this to a few people already.

I purchased this hair steamer after going to a very overpriced hair salon and discovering the benefits of such a device for my hair. My hair was dry and brittle from too many relaxers and if you purchase a good conditioner, put a plastic cap on your hair and put this steamer on top, your hair will feel and look 100% better. I have only used it twice since purchasing it a few days ago and it has made my hair feel softer and look shinier. I highly recommend it if you want to increase the health of your hair.

I really like it! I use it for deep conditioning my 4C hair and hot oil treatments. I like the size and convenience.

As soon as the cap arrived I immediately plunked it on top of a bagged moisturizing hair mask with damp hair. It has 2 heat settings and I found the 1st one just right. I tried the next highest and wow I guess if I had a lot of hair I would need that setting. My hair is severely damaged, over processed, bleached way too many times, toned and dyes. It’s day 1 of treatment of my poor severely damaged hair. I will use this cap everyday for the next couple weeks with different treatments. I’m crossing my fingers I can get my hair to resemble hair again. In the meantime it’s deep conditioning daily and wearing a wig until my hair grows out and I can start all over.

Wish I would’ve found this a looonnnng time ago. 4C hair. Used to use Walmart bag and a skull cap for at least an hour! This cuts the time in half and gets nice and hot! Even temperature distribution and fits my big ‘ol head with room to spare! Love it!!
