When people say "stress toys are proven to help ADD", they sometimes don't realize that the stress toys used in those studies are not spinners or other complicated toys. They're foam stress balls.These are just as satisfying as foam balls, but they're a LOT more durable. I destroy the foam ones in a day or two of fidgeting. The gel-filled rubber kind last longer but are a nightmare when they finally break. THESE stress balls are fantastic. They've still got some kind of satisfying-feeling gel inside, but the outer cloth covering gives it long-lasting durability.I recommend these to anyone who can't concentrate without a stress toy, but can't afford to buy a new one every other day.(I do with they made a larger one. the 2 1/4 inch diameter is on the small side.)

Just what I was looking for. I'm a senior female with small hands and was losing my grip/strength in my left hand (I'm right handed). This has done wonders with strengthening my grip and after 2 weeks of using it daily for about 3-5 minutes...I'm able to not only make a tight fist again, but I can grip things...(pots/pans, steering wheel etc.) I was able to do that before, but now my fist can close around something without stiffness. Because the price was so reasonable, I didn't expect this product to be as well made as it is. It's not too soft or mushy, yet not too hard to squeeze either. Worth the purchase.

I work in television for 9 hours per day and have occasional pain in my hands. This is my second Serenilite Ball and it works out my hand very well. I have one at work and at home, love it and would buy more if needed,

I love this!!! I have general anxiety, and I press down on my finger tips bc the pressure is relaxing for me. I have been on the hunt to find some sort of gel toy or your typical stress ball, but the material that's they are made of doesn't give me that "satisfied" pressure. I initally thought that purchasing this was going to be more of a tempur pedic type of thing, so when I squeeze it it just morphs back. To my surprise it was a more firm material but squishy enough to give me the pressure my finger tips would need. I just got the stress ball in yesterday, but so far I am in love with this thing (my dog likes it too by batting it around with her little paws)

I bought this as a stress ball for work, as i work in a very high-paced environment and i need something to help me keep calm and concentrated. This little thing has been AMAZING to use, because unlike traditional stress balls, it's not as squishy, which allows for tougher squeezes and makes it much more durable. Will certainly purchase again when this one wears out. Thank you!!!

I love this therapy/stress ball! It is so soft and comfortable to hold, it's hard to put down. Great stress reliever, and it gives your hands, wrist, and forearms a good workout. It also helped my injured index finger; one day later, the pain was dramatically reduced, and its range of motion improved. Get this ball...you won't be disappointed. Great quality product.

This is a stress ball of the highest quality. It's light, compact and gives the perfect amount of resistance. The Cloth and stitching are excellent and take quite a punishing. Highly recommended!

I once received a “promotional item” stress ball from a corporation that looks and feels just like the Serenilite ball. I gave it away to a person who really needed it and went looking for a replacement. I like the Serenilite ball a lot. It has that smooth (feels like nylon) cover that is not going to tear or wear out anytime soon. That gel center is soft to the touch but firms up if I squeeze harder. This is a quality product that beats those foam balls, no question. It feels good in my hand, and I like it.
