I liked having all the features, but I experienced the following issues and decided to return it:1) A couple of times upon start up it went into some sort of boot/diagnostic mode all in Chinese, which was very difficult to get out of and either shut it off or start again.2) Volume control - It was either really loud or off.... not really an in between3) The games loaded on it were not user friendly, especially for a child.4) It experienced connectivity issues, even though the other device I had connected to my network was fine.5) The battery drained very quickly. It went from fully charged down to 32% within about 20 minutes.6) The screen would not auto-rotate on all of the apps, even after we changed the settings.

Don't purchase this tablet! This tablet stopped working - wouldn't turn on after one week. Accepted a replacement. The replacement tablet wouldn't turn on after 10 days. Not satisfied with Amazon's return policy. I returned the tablet as instructed. I did not receive confirmation that the returned tablet had been received back at Amazon, or that my refund was being processed. It took 3 calls to speak to a customer service person and I was told that refunds take up to 10 days. I was advised that I could follow up again after that point. Not happy with Amazon's return policy. Not happy with Amazon's customer service.

We bought this and the first one crashed within a few weeks. Then they replaced it, and the second one crashed after just one use... TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY... DO NOT BUY

Screen was cracked on arrival, picture seemed good but everything loaded slow. Also there was no 64gb memory card as part of the bundle. Returned.

DON’T BUY THIS!!Amonth after buying this tablet the screen shattered despite not ever being dropped and was IN THE BOX when it happened. During that first month it constantly shut itself off after 50% battery level.And took FOREVER to charge. 2 or 3 times faster than any of tablet I’ve ever had. Also, not a big deal but kind of strange...the charger that came with it was not what was pictured on their website. Or what a friend received with their tablet. (Which they’ve also come to find out they strongly dislike their tablet and its issues too.)I contacted their customer service- I’d had to pay $50 repair for a new screen. After sending it to the address provided, they tell me that address is wrong (after it’s already been delivered!) and want me to pay $20 to send it to the new address. I googled the 2 addresses and realize they have at least 3- California, Florida, Delaware... they are freight shipping companies that ship internationally- aka to China.I refused to pay. Asked for a refund on the repair voucher and told them they can throw the tablet in the trash at their “old address”...but buyer beware, they’ll most likely fix the tablet and pass it off as a new one to some other unsuspecting customer.So please save your money or don’t be dumb like me and buy this tablet- learn from my mistake. YOUR MONEY IS BEST SPENT ELSEWHERE!!!!!! Good luck!
