So easy to use - love the outcome!
My wall turned out absolutely gorgeous!! Loved it! Used the spray to help it sticks and stay in place. Sturdy and didn’t lose shape! Excellent quality.

Happy with the outcome but would have done it differently if I could redo it
Overall I'm happy with how this turned out, but it certainly wasn't easy. I purchased the adhesive spray to help and there is 0 chance I could have done this without it. If I could do it over I'd have started at the very top left and worked my way across then down. I started at the bottom and that made the top very difficult. I ended up cutting the stencil but then had trouble lining it up in some parts...So the finished product certainly isn't perfect, but the average person isn't going to spend a lot of time looking at this wall (it's my entryway) so I'm not splitting hairs over it. It was significantly cheaper than if I would have wallpapered. For reference my walls are repose gray (flat) and I mixed my bright white SW trim paint with a creamy yellowish white SW paint (can't remember the name) to get the color. The sheen of the ferns off the flat gray paint looks really nice in the light. It gives it dimension. I would buy again, was a crazy little project :)

Love this stencil!!
Loved the large size of this stencil. I bought four of them so I could keep going without waiting for the paint to dry on the stencil. We stenciled onto that was sanded and cleaned. We stenciled shellac primer o to the wood. Then stained and wiped off. Next day we gave it 3 coats of poly. Beautiful and durable!

Looks great
Looks great! Very large stencil, made covering a wall go by much quicker than others I’ve used. Thick stencil, held up well to use. I would recommend cleaning with soapy water in between each use, while paint is still wet. It was very easy to line it up with the previously stenciled area. I will say though to get all the way to the top of my wall and edges I did cut the stencil when I was done with the large wall. To make several tiny stencils and fill in my gaps.

I like it, but wish I had more time to be a perfectionist with it.
My first time painting a stencil and I’m sure all of my issues were because I’m a novice. Everytime I moved the stencil to do a new section, I smeared wet paint I didn’t see on the back of my stencil. I had originally planned to hang a wall mounted art light to show off my paint, but decided against because of all the imperfections. Next time: I would definitely stick to similar shaded colors (to conceal mistakes, smears, etc.) I would also consider doing the same color with deferent sheens (flat on wall and using glossy for the stencil for a very subdued look that could play off light) In my picture: I mixed one part Alabaster (SW) and one part Pearl for the wall. The stencil was Rare Gray (SW) which has green undertones. I used leftover gold spray paint and sprayed some into an old cup. Using one of my kid’s water color paint brushes, I colored the dots at the base of each palm in the pattern.
