Clean, Effective, and Easy to Take. Go-To Vitamin E Supplement
I've been taking Bluebonnet Nutrition Vitamin E 400 IU Mixed Tocopherols for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with it. I switched to this one because I wanted a natural, full-spectrum vitamin E instead of the synthetic stuff you find in a lot of cheaper brands. This has d-alpha tocopherol plus the mixed ones (gamma, delta, beta), which I've read provides better antioxidant protection overall, especially for heart health and fighting free radicals. The softgels are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste or oil burps like some vitamin E supplements give me. I take one a day with a meal, and it absorbs well. It's also gluten-free and dairy-free, which is great since I have sensitivities. The bottle has 100 softgels, so it lasts a good while, and I feel like it's a solid value from a brand I trust. One thing to note: it contains soy (from soybean oil), so if you're allergic, this product is not suitable for you. Also, the softgels are gelatin-based, not vegan. Liking this brand a lot
I have been rotating through various brands trying to find the right ones for my various vitamins. I found this brand at Whole Foods when I bought B-Complex that I was very happy with. I ended up buying it when I ran out of vitamin E after not being totally enthusiastic with my last 2 brands. I am very happy with this brand with this vitamin and I will be reordering.

Excellent product for skin and cholesterol
I have been using Bluebonnet Vitamin E's for over 30 years and my good cholesterol is almost as high as my bad. My doctor says whatever I am doing keep it up because the good is cancelling out the bad. I don't need to take those prescription drugs as long as I keep my good cholesterol high.
