Bought this when my original shift knob finally stripped out after 18 years. Went on without adapters, got nice and tight and does not move. Perfect size for my "normal/average" size hand, looks amazing! The other comments about it heating up in the summer are accurate, however that doesn't bother me. It's not like its burning my hand, it's just a bit uncomfortable when it's over 85 degrees or in all day direct sunlight. I'm kind of a smart guy, so I keep an old sock in the glove box, and if it is a super hot day, and I'm leaving the car in the sun all day I put the sock over the ball, and it takes care of the problem. Excellent quality, heavy, solid, and would recommend.

Item was as described and works like it should. I picked up some little rubber bumpers (the ones with adhesive on the back) and stacked a few together until I had just the right amount to where the shift know was indexed correctly. Looks nice, a bit bigger than I thought it would be. Definitely gets really cold during winter but I have a mini hoodie my sister made me on my shifter which helps keep my hands warm. When i fully tighten it, the numbers didnt line up very well, so i just put some plastic in the treads to fix the problem. Looks better than the stock shift knob and maches well.

Shift knob exceeded my expectations. But I ordered the wrong thread size . Pay attention to thread size when ordering. While be ordering the correct thread size.

Good quality and feel. Fits perfectly on my 2013 Ford Focus SE. It comes with a few adapter bushings but I didn’t need them. There is no set screw to lock the knob in a certain position to line up the shift pattern, so I stacked two very small washers on top of the shifter so that the pattern lines up when the knob is tight. It has a semi gloss finish and looks really good, not overpowering. The shift pattern is engraved and painted red, not printed on like some of the cheaper knobs. It is a metal knob so if it’s cold in the car it will be cold, and if it’s hot, it will be hot. It feels good in the hand and shifts feel good. Overall I am very happy with this shift knob so far!

This item looks nice but when I went to take it off after test fitting it it wouldn’t come off. I had to use a pair of adjustable pliers to get it off which ruined the paint on the edges. I had only tightened it by hand! When I finally did get it to come off the threads were all messed up. Do not buy this product if you plan on ever removing it.

La verdad tenia mis dudas pero al revisar el producto es muy bueno y de muy buena calidad, es algo pesado fue colocado en un foro fiesta 2001 ya las sensaciones son muy buenas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente porque los adaptadores que trae son de metal y vienen listo don roscas no como otros que son de goma.

Acrylic, brass threads and brass inserts. Feels nice in the hand. Held up great for over 2 years. No fading. Had it in our daily until the wife wrote the car off.
