Bufalo Salsa Chipotle, 5.8 Ounce

I searched for this sauce after having it served at a local restaurant, locating a bottle here on Amazon. I love this chipotle sauce! It has a smoky and complex flavor profile that goes well beyond simply adding heat to dishes. It does add some spice, but in a way that does it for taste rather than simply trying to burn your face off. I use it on everything from eggs, to burgers to pizza. I even added it to buffalo wings recently to provide a more savory flavor. I can't recommend this sauce highly enough!

I absolutely love this sauce. For starter's, there's a respectable heat to it--something that would likely rank above a Frank's Red Hot or Tapatio but not QUITE a regular Tabasco sauce--that the average person will probably have no problems handling. But frankly, the flavor is what makes it one my favorites: It's a unique blend of the Chipotle pepper's smokiness with the acidic tanginess of something that could almost be compared to A1 sauce. Definitely not another Tapatio or Cholula, which makes it perfect for somebody who's looking for something a little different.

This is the perfect sauce to put on scrambled eggs. It's really delicious in pretty much anything though. Cannot recommend highly enough. It's smokey and spicy, but not too heavy on either end. Delicious.
