Received them quickly and they were easy to install

The first replacement cartridge would not work. The 2nd that was sent is working fine.
The first black cartridgein the package of 2, for our Canon MX432 would not work. My printer would not accept it. I returned both the black and color, which was a simple and amazingly fast turn around. The 2nd package of both arrived in 2 days and are both working fine. This is my first time using Greenbox. It's hard to make a rating given my negative and positive experience.

Got a colored cartridge labeled as a "black" cartridge.
I purchased this ink cartridge pack (one color & one black) a while back when I was in desperate need of black ink for my printer, and for whatever reason couldn't find any Cannon brand ink in any stores or online. I was relieved to have found this company and thought I'd be getting the ink I needed soon. Upon receiving them I was super bummed to find that the black ink cartridge wouldn't fit into my printer. I compared it to my old Cannon brand ink cartridge and saw that they didn't match, I just assumed that this company sent me the wrong black cartridge for my printer, although the color ink cart I received from this company fit just fine. But by that time I was irritated so I put them back into their box and left them alone until today. I finally got a Cannon brand black ink cartridge from the store and upon installing it today, I figured I'd change the color cart too and just have both new color & black carts in my printer. I reached for the color cartridge that I had purchased from this company and upon inspection of the black one once again, I realized that the black ink cartridge is actually a COLORED ink cartridge with the "black ink cartridge" label. So I guess I wasn't a complete loss.... Still, I go through black ink like crazy, so when I purchase "black ink" I expect to get that. Just a warning for y'all in case this happens to you.

Be careful in what you buy in inks....
I made a purchase of Greenbox ink cartridges because a printer cannot print your docs without it.So far so good!! My documents are clear and legible with this purchase of ink.Yes!! I would purchase again.

Customer Service
It's not often that I experience customer service today as I remember 30-40 years ago. However, Greenbox came through for me. This was my second time purchasing this product for the same printer, except this time the product didn't seem to work. I continued to receive error messages from my printer. After reaching out to Greenbox, I received detailed instructions on what to do with the cartridges. It took a bit of work, but, alas, they now are in my printer and delivering fine quality printed pages. Thank you Greenbox.
