Excellent taste. Seems to be a bit more runny than other brands but when you blitz it with garlic and lemon juice to make dressing it becomes very thick and you need to add quite a bit of water. So I would recommend using less than you would with other brands. The final texture, however, is lovely and smooth and creamy. I love to warm up pitta bread, put air-fried falafels inside with a crispy mixed salad on top of them, then pour the sauce over. Delicious and healthy.

Thin but tasty

This is such an awful product its like water, there is no texture its runny and so thin it does even stay on a rice cracker it just drops off. Such a waste of money. I'm really disappointed

Im Lebensmittelhandel um die Ecke schwer zu beschaffen, aber glücklicherweise bei Amazon. Tahini ist unverzichtbar für einen ordentlichen Hummus aus Kichererbsen zusammen mit Knoblauch, Petersilie, Salz, Paprikapulver und Olivenöl. Allerdings sollte die pastenartige Masse vor Gebrauch im Glas erwärmt werden und gründlich durchgerührt werden, da sie sich im Glas absetzt.

Le tahini est lui fabriqué en Israël dans une entreprise qui met un point d'honneur à employer aussi bien des Israéliens que des Palestiniens.Œuvrer pour la paix par le travail en commun. C'est aussi un très bon tahini délicieux dans du houmous maison.

EDIT: This product has changed somehow, not sure if transit effects it but even after stirring there is just a mass hard glob at the bottom of the jar that is like cement. WAS : The best tahini I've ever had. Pricey but worth it. Delicious, creamy, packed with nutritious benefits! Trying the unhulled next!

Un tahini de textura suave y sabor delicado. Muy bueno para hacer hummus diversos y también para usarlo de sazonador en horno, tanto de carnes, verduras o pescados. Junto con cucharada de limon es mi propuesta para los pescados. Espero que os sea útil. Gracias.
