This product is great at assisting to curve my appetite. In fact it’s my second order.

The 20 minute Advertisement video had a longer list of ingredients like milk thistle and turmeric and like 10 other natural herbs and plants...this had calcium and magnesium and rice etc. not cool!!!!

I bought 3 bottles of this based on their recommendation of at least 45-60 days in order for results to be seen. Took it religiously for almost 90 days. Zero results. I thought the return was 90 but when I called to get a refund, I found out it was only 60 days. Don't waste your money on this.

To be honest the video is way too long it is an hour and a half who has the time to sit down and watch the video for that people have things to do with your life but let’s see if it works because I’ve been doing this thing for a while
