Design flaw in anchor bolts & cheap washers
I consider it a design flaw. The anchor bolt heads are small and pull through the rubber gasket, causing the gasket to fail, the tank to come unseated and all the water to go everywhere. I ended up putting one of the plastic washers on top of the rubber gasket to get it to keep from pulling through and using one of my own washers below to stabilize the tank on the base. The bolts are also rather thin with small heads, not the best quality. The rest of the flapper assembly is great, nice adjustable tube length and quality flapper.
