I really want to rated it as a 5 but I have to do a 4
The quality of this product is really good, the materials it is made of is solid and strong. the appearance is awesome to the touch and color.I am rating 4 of 5 for my overall experience, due to the fact of the delivery by fedex was not good, as they were careless and one of the boxes was a little damage.The customer service was amazing. They responded withing hours from the time a requested support, and did every possible thing to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction.If I have to rate the quality of the product and the customer service excluding the delivery part of this whole experience, I would rate 5 over 5.I recommend this product it is good and has a strong company that backup their products.

Not worth for the money
Quality is good. Instructions suck. Almost kill my ex. Better label the parts.Strlng wood, but the instructions suck.I'll will update to see how my children feel about it. But I don't know if the ten hour plus that I spent assembling it was worth it.Wood yes, instructions suck.

It's a Big project with hard work.
They are willing to work with you if your missing a piece or if it is damaged they will replace the piece. The y are really easy to contact. If you have the time and don't mind taking time for that than it's ok.

Parts are miss labeled. Holes are not in line when trying to put together. The entire process was a pain. I went through all directions so I could get a mural painted on a few pieces and when putting them together the labels are wrong and misleading so I have a mural with a section missing.
