It is firm without being too firm....Most seat pillows for me are too firm even though they advertise them as not being too firm. This seat pillow is perfect. I find that putting thicker part of cushion, that normally goes to the back of your chair, to my left side, helps even out my left side of my hip with the right side of my hip. Causes less pressure on left side of hip....I used it sitting in a chair. It seems to give me support I need on my hip on left side which is a very good thing. I love this pillow and have bought a second one to keep in the car....The pillow is made very well...fabric is great though I do wish it had a gripper sheet on under side of pillow so it would adhere to chair I put it on but I will make something with gripper sheets that will attach to bottom of pillow and attach to under side of pillow with adhesive velcro strips....

I liked the firmness and angle of the seat cushion. I have an issue with the mesh fabric. I keep sliding forward and have to reposition myself frequently. This may not be an issue for other types of clothing.

Even though it doesn't come down to an angle, I do love this! I needed something so I wouldn't have to be eye-to-eye with a crack in my windshield, since I can't afford to get it fixed. And this lifts me comfortably above it! A pillow didn't work, because whenever I got in the car, it got scrunched up and I wasn't sitting on much of it at all. But this just glides me ride over to be sitting on the middle with no problem! I also love the thing on the back that I could tuck into the back of the seat to hold it from shifting.

Good product, but the size is not quite what I needed...too deep and slant is too small. It is not good for piano bench. Better for car.

I tried about 4 of these in my Jetta before falling in love with this one. It’s firm and supportive and helps lift me a bit out of the bucket seats. It stays in place well, is breathable and doesn’t collapse under weight like the competitors versions did. I’d highly recommend this.

I bought this style to place in the drivers seat of my Mustang. The seat slants back which is a bit uncomfortable for my shorter stature and my bad back.Seats that are pitched back cause the lower lumbar to hurt. I did not want the jell kind since they are too squishy and most of them come with a cut out in the back center which I find is exactly where I want support for my spine.If it's cut out how can it be supping your spine? This is a a good pitch to the front, substantial foam that seems like it will not bottom out too soon. Might have to break it in a bit. Happy to find.

The idea is good, and at the beginning I liked it but there are 2 things that make me give the 2 stars. One is that I have to use it with my own cover because the cover it comes with disintegrates into think air after some use. Also, I have to put another pillow on top of this thing because otherwise my behind feels like I'm sitting on a rock. I can still use it, but, not with my own modifications (my own cover, a softer pillow on top of it)

Too soft for hip surgery. It doesn't help with hip protocol. With prohibitive return fees, I kept it for the softness. I do not rely on it for it to help with post hip replacement protocols
