I like this ice pack better than the more popular ones as it molds closer to the curves in my skin and therefore provides a colder session.

I bought this ice pack to use after a cervical fusion. It is the perfect shape to fit where I had the most pain after surgery, the top of my shoulders and shoulder blade area. It was flexible which made it even better for fitting where I needed it

I have two smaller pacs. That I can handle and LOVE. These retain the cold. I store mine permanently in the refrigerator not freezer. (Previously I stored some in the freezer and over the years…. Yes years. They became stiff) For me, this one is too heavy for me. I need it in the lumbar/sacral region and at my weight, 125# I don’t worry about leaning or lying on them. However, sitting and trying to adjust it behind my back is a struggle for me. Too heavy and the gel goes to the bottom as I try to adjust it. If I needed it for arm, wrist, thigh, leg, ankle it would be perfect. NOTE: If you have to return it, it does NOT say FREE RETURNS. It does not offer a QR code for free returns at Kohls, which is what I’ve always done. After contacting the seller, I received a full refund. I returned the product via UPS with the provided label. Again, excellent product.

That said it's a great little ice pack. Although it won't give you that "this is gonna freeze my skin off" feeling, it's size and flexibility is great for wrapping around wrists and elbows maximum. Think of it as the school nurses ultimate ice pack. Effective? Yes But the inner gel and outer material leaves something to be desired if you are looking for those old school, practically ice block, ice packs. I think it would be great for smaller sports injuries or joints like the knee or elbow, so I'm not going to dock points because it didn't suit my personal needs. It's good, it's not perfect though. This is a quality product. I use it for my neck and back as well as wrapping it around my arm for tennis elbow. Don't know how I ever lived without it. Love it!

These cold packs are soft. Even when they’re frozen, the gel Inside them is still soft enough that you could form it where you want it. I can form it around my neck and shoulder. I would definitely order this again, and I recommend it to anyone who uses a cold pack often. It be great for a headache.

I have a bad back snd tried a number of different ice packs over the years. This ice pack is a perfect size and holds the temperature. I made the mistake of cheaping out before and regretted it. It’s a no brainer to buy it.

Headline says it all. It's an ice pack, the convenience is the size and shape. You can wrap it around an injury so it is quite practical. It stays pliable so it really is pretty good.

Great product, keeps cold for long and lots of gel. Molds really well.

The size and design is perfect for the need.

** Edited: One year later, after moderate use, it sprang a leak around the curvy part. The 'gel' is not clear - and whatever it is looks like clay. Liked it a lot, but the seams to seal it could be thicker, I guess? Just received, and it got cold fast - and stayed cold for longer than anyone should have a cold pack on one area. I finally found an ice-pack to replace a very old one that was leaking, and this is it! Who knew it would be so hard to find the "right" one? A lot are quite heavy and so full of gel they do not bend well. This is a different vinyl/plastic that moulds amazingly well and remains very soft! I understand the others are heavily sewn material around the edges to prevent leaking - but they don't conform like this. Will have to watch for any seals that break, but I like it so much I will be gentle and refrain from jumping on it. The gel moves around, and there's just enough of it to do cover what you need - and stay there. I didn't buy it for neck purposes, but it looked long enough to wrap an elbow and forearm, which it does perfectly. It will come in handy for sure. (I am so happy to throw out the old one!)
