the worst system,no support for this system if you go to web sit if you can find it it took me a hour to find it no product support no e-mail support no facebook no nothing the app for iPhone is not working when logging on to the ip interface it just works with activex no Mac support if I didn't have all the wire rain in my attic I would send it back but it seems that I will just get a new dvr that has support

There are limited features to this setup. Wires are cheap, wouldn't transmit a picture because they weren't getting enough power and we had to re wire everything with new better quality wire.I would have sent this back too bad we not spent 16 hours installing (a pro mind you), and we have never been able to get the app to work.I bought this for my retail store so I can see what is going on when I'm not there....that doesn't happen.I can see when I'm there and the cameras are decent.

GETTING ON THE NETWORK WILL DRIVE YOU NUTS. TRYING TO USE QR CODE TO ADD DEVICE IS A TOTAL FAILURE. NO SUPPORT ON YOUTUBE OR ANYWHERE ELSE. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY..GO BUY QSEE. The instructions book uses English words but not good English and is hard to follow. Phone App gathers way to much phone information that is not needed.

Not user friendly. Has small Disk which doesn't fit into my MacBook Pro. I cannot locate the App for iPhone. The user book doesn't even looklike it goes with this product.

Great product.

Only 4channel are 720 the other 4 are of lesser resolution.Mobile App for remote viewing shuts down often, there is no support. maybe someone will have better luck with this than i did. I returned it.

The Worst product you can buy. Mine stopped working within 8 months.
