We've pored over the directions (in very small print) and just can't get up enough confidence to go about the electrolysis process to create the product, then how to use?, then how to store?, a total puzzle to us. Seller responded quickly about a refund, but shipping back to China will be on us, since there isn't 'an electrical problem' with the item. (I note: we're the electrical problem as we can't understand enough of the small print and language translation to add water [tap okay with softening chemicals okay?], salt [with iodine okay?, how much dilution for which uses?...] to plug it in to see if it has electrical problems!) We're older and sheltering in place (state orders) from CV-19 for the past month and who knows how long into the future, and can't get the parcel to P.O. for charges for the return. So, so while I appreciate the Chinese businesses who have offered their products to our US marketplace in our scary times of shortages and even scarier times of sheltering to lessen the possibility of contracting of the CV-19 dis-ease (so much sadness and confusion and unknowns!), this was not the best item in our circumstances to choose for cleaning, sanitizing needs. We're stuck, unsure, and overall, sighing with so many unknowns in our country (US) and in our world, but we can't let this be another 'problem' - we'll give it to Goodwill when life is back to normal (it will be, won't it?!). Braver souls (or chemists or electricians) may like this product. Not us! Not now! Stay safe everyone! Blessings!Updated: I know, from one star to four!! The Seller contacted us, gave us somewhat easier to read directions which was kind. We also got some you-can-do-it information elsewhere and got brave and made a few 'batches' for immediate use: mildest dilution with table salt (iodized, seems not to matter) in water, and now have a hand sanitizer spray in lieu of hand sanitizing gels, so hard to come by in these difficult CV-19 times; medium dilution for sanitizing kitchen surfaces, doorknobs, packaging on incoming items to our home; strongest solution (really like a bleach solution) for super-sized, for sure, sanitizing jobs! It's a helpful product for our heightened times right now, and will be well used even as we get back to whatever normal will look like, to make cleaning and sanitizing products from just table salt, water, and electricity! The product is designed poorly. The nuts that bolt the circuit board onto the screw shafts coming out of the electrolyzing chamber in the bottom of the sprayer are over-tightened by the factory without any set screws below them to provide strain relief so it pull on the machine screws and causes micro cracks in the plastic around them ensuring the liquid in the sprayer will leak down onto the circuit board and since there is salt in it, it will swiftly corrode the USB connector and connections and this product will be lucky if it works more than once for you. Even though it ships from within the US, their returns require shipping the product to a Mexican address at buyer expense! The cheapest US Post shipping cost $26 fom Southern California, almost as much as paying for the product itself which makes it worthless to even seek getting a return just to be provided yet another defectively assembled item! Do yourself a favor and don't buy this product unless you are prepared to fix the lack of extra nuts under the circuit board to take the pulling pressure off the screw terminals to secure the PCB and reglue the machine screws with a light activated expoxy to fix the leaks it already inherently has from the factory's poor assembly technique! (why bother, buy a better built product from elsewhere instead of patronizing this rubbish!)

It's amazing how this actually turns salt water into a chlorine smelling product. I love that I can make my own sanitizer. The sprayer doesn't always work great though.

After 2used it quit working and start licking really bad. When I got this first time that I use it was really good.

used this about 7-10 times already. i love that fresh clean smell. as i was expecting the sprayer is not functioning properly already, but you could just buy water bottle sprayer for like $3 and problem solved.
