How do I suppose to use it? How frequently? Put it on before sleep and rinse it in the morning?

The medication is squeezed out from a tube. Little is more, you don't need a lot and depending upon your complexion, you want it rub the medicine into the skin so it disappears. Use it twice a day,  morning and night, wash your face w/ a non-drying cleanser & hands, if you utilize a toner that is good since it assists w/absorption, let that dry. Then w/ clean finger tips, a small tab to the affected areas, rub in well until it disappears. I found the medicine effective although it has a minor medicinal odor, but that wears off quickly. Does this really get rid of pimples and does this also prevents getting new ones? And do I need a moisturizer afterwards?

It soothes my cystic acne symptoms and heals the acnes on my cheeks this year. As I'm always in great stress, new acnes come up on my chin too so I'm not sure whether it can prevent the new ones. I don't apply for the moisturizer as this cream doesn't make my skin dry. Many acne sufferers share that less is more so I void all the foundations, lotions, moisturizers now. This zinc cream is sufficient for me to reduce the redness.

does this help with acne, acne scars and black heads? Does it help with dry skin?

Helps with acne. It dries out your skin. Also tinted. If you have dry skin I would only use it as a spot treatment.

Is this supposed to have white dots in the cream? My old tube didn't; brand new tube does.

I received this Zinc Cream just last month (June 2018).  I purchased 2 tubes in the past and have always been pleased, however, this tube has some type of white beads in it.  Strange.  Unfortunately, it is July 27, 2018, two days after my return window from Amazon.  I will alert Amazon and maybe Amazon might/might not replace this for me.
