Gmc 2500hd classic duramax
Went on perfect with no leaks and felt a difference as soon as I put it in gear and started moving. Allison shifts smoother and doesn't hold 1st gear as long as it use to what was starting to make me worry. Im very happy and hope everyone gets the same experience i have

A decent substitute for the smaller OEM unit
It's a decent filter. It has the larger flow holes in the head that you'll find on the OEM Allison filters (some of the aftermarket filters have slightly smaller diameter flow holes). It naturally hangs a bit lower, but I've never found it to be a problem. No leaks from the gasket once tightened properly. Just remember to swap the magnetic ring from the filter you are replacing!!!

Fits like factory but better it filter mode and seal just fine work with any Allison 1000 on my 6 one and transmission still shifts like brand new
