KIWI design Headphones, Black

I purchased these for my Oculus Quest as although the built in sound on the Quest is good I wanted a more immersive sound experience and these earphones do this job perfectly.The overall build quality of these seem very good and sturdy, didn't fall out and they feel so comfortable to wear that I didn't really feel I had them on at all and was able to play long gaming sessions which is a very important factor.They come with small, medium & large interchangeable ear buds so just make sure that you find which size fits you best.The overall sound quality of these Kiwi earphones are very good with nice clear treble good mids and a nice punchy bass but not overbearing on the bass which is a plus because you don't want them to be muddy or even distorted at high volume which I can say these do not do.Considering that the official Oculus earphones are more than double the price of these I feel that you'll possibly be hard pushed to find a better value for money and quality.Overall I'm very satisfied and happy with my purchase and would highly recommend these Kiwi designed earphones for anyone looking for a more immersive sound and to get away from being tangled up in using normal earphones as these are separate left and right cables which you plug in to each of the 3.5mm ports on each side of the Oculus Quest.Very happy customer, well done Kiwi on a great product.

Have used these for about 3 weeks and wanted to wait for a bit before reviewing.Overall I am very satisfied with these for their price and availability for custom earbuds for my Quest 1.I always believed that the Quest 1's built-in sound using invisible headstrap speakers was always decent for what it was.But I was getting tired of the tangle and occasional snag using my Apple wired earpods when I wanted better sound, and wanted to try these Kiwi ones out.I have zero complaints on the sound quality, they don't sound like cheap earbuds at all, they sound very good.Bass is good and deep, and highs are nice and clear. Maybe the mids are a little flat? Overall they have just a decent neutral sound that is better than the headstrap speakers, better than I was expecting and perform great across games and media. I am sometimes noticing a background hiss when there is silence but I think that might be a Quest fault.My only minor complaint is comfort. They are described as having silicone tips but they don't feel like silicone tips to me, they feel like smooth plastic and not rubber. My go-to for comparison here is PSVR (mark 2) built in earbuds and AirPods Pro. Both of those have really nice grippy (true silicone?) tips. I have shallow ear canals so this tip type is important for me, I have to use EarSkinz on the wired EarPods or they will fall out. So with these smoother Kiwi ear tips they don't feel as grippy even using the largest size, and with the stiffer cable and large driver unit they feel like they tilt where they want to and could move around. That being said, they have not come loose or popped out even doing more intense activity, and they do feel comfortable if a little too smooth for my liking and so a bit cheap feeling. Maybe this is where the cost saving is. If I lost or broke these by accident I would buy again without thinking twice and would easily recommend for Quest 1 users who want to try them out.

The sizing on the wire is spot on for the Meta Quest, they have a decent sound, not too loud that it's gonna pop your eardrums, but loud enough to block out the TV Soundbar if someone is watching it in the same room. They're comfortable once you've found the right silicone tips for your ears, and make the VR more immersive because they block out other noise. Recommended for anyone who's found they actually use their headset a lot, rather than it gathering dust (which I know happens with a lot of VR kits). I have found that Kiwi Design makes VR accessories of decent quality, that will change the comfort and immersiveness of your headset significantly, which compared to vanilla Meta accessories from the box, is sorely needed

They are okay with sound quality and work great with Quest 2.Sometimes via link to pc, the sound goes over the 100% mark destroying my ears... The fix is to just replug them in.The mesh in mine also fell out into my ears... That was fun had to have someone get them out with tweezers...

No too much to say other than they sound absolutely fine for the money and the cable length is spot on for Oculus Quest 2. I quickly forget I have them in and they definitely help with the immersion.I’m big Into “audiophile headphones” owning a number of sets, (prob too many) so can give a considered opinion on them from a sound quality perspective and although I wouldnt use them to listen to Hi-Res music on they are absolutely fine for the oculus and gaming.

They work ok but are bot as universal, (fitting) as I was wanting and as was claimed. 3 to 4 star from me. Today's a good day so 4.

The quest sound is... Fine, but you really don't appreciate the immersion of Darth Vader appearing from the gloom without a decent pair of headphones.These are great, block out the outside world well and for comfortably. Importantly they fit the quest well and don't have any excess cord to deal with. Super comfy for me with the prei stalled medium tips but come with some big changes and tiny tiddlers for those of you with freak ear canals.Really worth buying as they can be used without fear of tangleation.

i needed to get a pair of ear buds for my vr since my family was complaining about hearing it thru the external speakers now i know there are better quailty but without spending alot of money these are the best ive found so far!

This item works as expected,

The cable gets easily tangled up. Its a good product. Nice audio and mic.
