This is the second one of these we have bought. The first was a cheaper version from eBay. This has recently started to play up, but as it lasted a good few years we just cut our losses and bought this version.It's great. Plugs into the AMI socket of our 3G version Audi stereo and in the options an external source shows up. Pair your phone to it and you can stream music to your stereo as easy as that. We have a good holder for the phone and often use Spotify for the tunes. But you can use music from your phone's memory or Facebook, YouTube, whatever.It's small and our socket is in our glove box so it's tucked away and out of sight but the range is really good. A phone can connect from inside the house while the car is on the driveway. The sound quality is also good too.Well worth a buy, as long as your stereo meets the requirements they list 👍

The adaptor connects easily to BT. However whilst the sound is good quality there is a continual dropout, or stuttering of the music. More annoying than you can imagine. I couldn't recommend this product.

Bought for 2010 VW Polo, plugs straight into port in glove-box, now have Bluetooth on AUX selection on factory hifi. Excellent sound quality.I used adhesive pad to stick to glove-box top do well out of the way.Simple and great solution, great value, no hassle with removing stereo, just plugs in to port already there.Job done 👍

Golf mk6 with RCD 310Easy to connect. Great sound quality. Fantastic for streaming music and audiobooks during long drives.My only problem is with the phone calls/microphone connectivity (Android 11). For some reason the phone seems to think this bluetooth device has a microphone, so when I want to make a phone call while being connected, I can hear the other person loud and clear though the car speakers, but they cannot hear me at all. So far my solution is to switch back to the phone loudspeaker during calls, which completely defeats the purpose of this device.I'm tempted to retrofit a mic to the car itself, but if I find an easier solution, I'll update the review.

Amazing. It connects to both the car and the mmi, but the only problem is that when I’m connected to both, it skips every so often on the music, but I’d rather give up Bluetooth calls then music. It isn’t crackly or fuzzy, it’s a very good sound but only if it’s the only thing connected:) it’s so easy to fit, I have an Audi A4 tdi 61 plate (2011) a other problem is it didn’t come with manual, but connected so easy, no password and word a charm, might buy a spare :)

Works with 510 stereo in golf mk6 2011,Plugged this into my mmi/mdi port in the center console, switch on Bluetooth on my iPhone 8, the name came up, pressed connect and that was it. Also I turned off my Bluetooth on my iPhone, and back on again, instantly connected again. I’ve been searching for one of these Bluetooth adapters for a while, so glad I’ve finally got one that works.

Probably will work in other cars but doesn’t work at all in my Audi TT 2013 Quattro. Even plugging it in it will say on the display that nothing is connected. Had an old cable and when I plug that in it shows that it’s active but my iPhone XR can’t find it on bluetooth. I don’t know if will be able to get my media from phone to car at all unless someone knows another way
