From Our Farm Grass Fed Beef Dripping - 100% British Beef Tallow Case of 6

Great beef dripping or tallow as the yanks would say. Got abit bored of using coconut oil and ghee (which a good ghee is expensive) and won't ever use the nasty ultra processed veg oils. So was looking for a good quality alternative and came across our farm beef dripping and it is excellent, gives a great taste to my food and no nasty processing just good honest beef dripping. I do a conivor diet so this one was just right for me as it is a good quality one and not overly expensive. Got on a offer aswell for £3.49 a jar so ordered 6. What els can I say it's lovely stuff and would highly recommend if you're into this stuff can't go wrong !

Why did you choose this product over others?: Totally natural. I haven't used seed oils for over a year now because of the ultra-processing, but cold pressed olive oil or butter just don't give the right flavour for some things. For meats, this is fantastic! Taste: I will not use anything else in the future when preparing meat dishes. For casseroles (such as beef goulash, or beef in ale or beef ribs in red wine) I always sear the meat first and this gives an exceptional flavour to the end product. For frying a chop or steak, absolutely perfect. Quality: Top quality product.

Good for sandwiches

This is a very good product. But I was confused by it being called both dripping and tallow. Dripping is beef fat from all over the animal, tallow is the kidney fat and gives a much whiter, neutral tasting product. I am not the biggest fan of the flavour of this, it's fine for cooking steak because I try to cut out dairy completely including butter. It might be nice for roasting potatoes and vegetables, but since I eat strictly carnivore, I will have a lot of dripping to use up with my steaks!

Great taste and value

I have followed the carnivore diet for 2 years and don't eat any seed oils. I also have very sensitive skin. This is perfect to cook my steak, lamb, chicken and pork, as I don't want to always cook in butter. I also decant some into a small container and use on my lips as a lip balm as all the commercial products have ingredients that bring me out in cold sores. I also use to remove make-up. I am a repeat customer, love this product and won't go back to supermarket brands.
