Did not work for me, in fact, I gained 3 lbs during those 30 days. For testing purposes, I didn’t change my activity level or diet. Although I do not exercise, I am a very active person and always on the move with my two toddlers. As for diet, I eat homemade meals, drink water throughout the day, don’t smoke, drink occasionally/socially, don’t drink soda, only eat out once or twice a month and eat healthy snacks for the most part. I give it 3 stars because shipping & delivery was quick & professional, the pills are easy to swallow, there’s no weird smell or taste and did provided me with a good dose of energy that lasted me almost all day. I also noticed it curved my appetite a little but not to the point of not eating all day. Also, it didn’t not cause me any health problems nor side effects as some people noted on their experience with the product. I understand it’s not a magic pill but I assume if it would’ve worked at all, even a small change would’ve happened. I cannot say if I recommend this product or not as it’s my opinion that regardless on the amount of reviews, it is important to keep in mind that what works for one person might not work for others, only trying is the way to know if it will work for you.

I'm always kinda skeptical.when it comes to dieting pills. This product works. With the virus keeping me in lock down, I ended up eating more. You know the junky stuff. Well I didn't stop loosing weight. Now that's a great nutritional boost.

I have not lost any weight at all like some of the reviews I read before purchase. It has just not worked for me and I won’t be purchasing again. I would not want to say that it would t work for anyone else. Just not for me.

At first I was concerned about the product and whether it would have a horrible taste like all the other supplements I have purchased, and believe me thats alot of them.. But these are so different, they have no taste and if taken as directed the absolutely curb your appetite... There were days I had to remind myself to eat, and there were prescribed weight loss medications that didnt do that for me...

So to start off I have been trying to lose weight that I gained during pregnancy, I'm doing a modified keto. Still eating some healthy carbs, exercising but just wasnt losing weight, like at all really. I had read about keto pills, so I thought I should give it a shot. These were the first I've tried and I've lost 12 lbs in 10 days! Still dieting and exercising but now I'm actually losing weight. And plus my skin looks freaking amazing. Better than it has in years. I will keep buying these pills. It's natural and helps with my mood, energy, and weight, not to mention my over all health.

I took the supplement as indicated,shortly thereafter my blood pressure sky rocketed. I had done nothing different in my routine or my diet. I took my blood pressure every hour and it took twelve hours to get back to normal and then only after I took additional blood pressure medication. I have taken a similar supplement before with no side effects. I would suggest if you have high blood pressure you check with your doctor before taking.

I used to take apple cider vinegar, green tea and caffeine supplements separately until it became a chore to keep up with them. These pills are all three combined into one! They give me the energy I need and help me with keeping those pesky pounds off that kept on trying to creep back up! Lol Best of all they are easy to swollen and not horse pills. Plus they have organic green tea! I love them!
