A 1kg wholemeal colomba from Flamigni. This is the perfect colomba for those who prefer a wholemeal colomba. The panettone is famous the world over as a delectable soft moreish bready Christmas cake. But try and find a panettone in Spring and you may well be disappointed. Thankfully, Easter has its very own version, the Colomba di Pasqua (“Easter Dove”). A colomba is very similar to a panettone (a sweet bread loaf often studded with candied peel) but has a distinctive dove shape. The Flamigni brothers Armando, Lieto & Aurelio opened their first pastry shop in Forli in 1930. Today the company produces exceptional colombe, torrone, panettoni and pandori with the same focus on quality ingredients and traditional techniques.

Whole wheat flour 20%, candied pear cubes 16% (pear 52,5%, glucose – fructose syrup, saccharose, concentrated lemon juice), Corinth raisins 11%, butter, egg yolk, cane sugar, natural mother yeast (contains wheat), Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin – sunflower lecithin, acacia honey, salt, wheat malt, vanilla natural flavors, vanilla extract from Madagascar beans.
