I rate the salon care 30 volume developer a 4 out of five because the bottle first of all is tiny how other people in the reviews have said it's about three to four inches tall and about an inch wide. The price is okay even though the bottle is small the product works really well and smells fine at least to me. It's not clumpy or half full when you buy it it's full all the way to the top which is nice.

This product came open and taped shut. There was product all over the bottle. Its tiny!! And it smells like hand lotion. I honestly think someone used it and added lotion to make it look full. Requesting my money back! Horrible
