can no longer turn the grinder - suggestions?

Gosh, don't know the answer. I can't grind mine because out of Peppercorns. I order my Peppercorns from Penzy's 😍 & just behind. Have you contacted Atlas about the problem. Did you open it to check for a Peppercorn interfering with cogs?

How tall is this? it says 8”, but the one i’m replacing is 8.25” and appears to be otherwise identical. thank you justin

Our Pepper Mill is 8 inches. The slat mill was ordered in error and returned. We love the Pepper Mill, have gifted 3 times. Salt Mills are superfluous, serve no purpose.

can't get the salt to come out, are there adjustments? Do i remove the two screws on the bottom?

Yes, tighten or loosen the screw at the bottom to adjust the coarseness of the ground salt. I believe that if it's too tight, you won't get any salt. This is an awesome and highly durable salt/pepper mill, so it should work and last a lifetime.
