This pizza peel from Chemicooks is made of 100% bamboo and laser printed with an important chemical reaction called the Maillard Reaction, a series of chemical reactions from reducing sugars and amino acids found in foods that give food a golden brown and an amazing flavor. Our mission is to teach people the science behind food using cookware.
