All I can say is: WOW! 5 stars. I did not take a before picture, but I’ll post one of healing with vitamin c solute and how my skin looks later (after 1 day use). FANTASTIC customer service - a couple data before I got it, the company emailed me with specific instructions on how to use safely (soooo important you guys!).While rolling onto my face, I felt no pain at all. Make sure to buy the vitamin C serum - it was so cheap but I can feel it penetrating my skin as I type. The product came super fast, and I now know that they care about customer safety. I can’t wait to see my face after a few uses. I could go to an estetichan for a 109% increase, but my stylist (estetichian certified) and make up artist approved. Love this thing! I've had the real micro-pen surgery from a plastic surgeon, which is a lot deeper than this one and more painful...and more recovery time. Having said that- this has the SAME results. Don't waste $400 dollars on the real thing. I use this for wrinkles and over all tone. I do also have some chicken pock scares and slight acne scars on my cheeks.*Stay out of the sun after this if you have really sensitive skin.**Don't go over active breakouts!!! They will spread.Day 1: you'll feel a little sting and itchy but thats good! That means it's heeling itself.Day 2: smaller pores and a glow!I put hydrolaunic acid on before rolling then rinse my face off with water. Then I sleep with a Vitamin C masque on (also sold on amazon).

I was hesitant at first to buy this product but I did my research and I gave it a risk ... I was going to spend over $700 on vampire facial but I bought this product and I honestly can say I’m very pleased and happy I didn’t go spend that $700 . I definitely recommend this product. Admittedly, I was scared to try poking hundreds of teeny little needles into my face. But.....YOLO right? It was either gonna make my skin super bomb or...just be a bomb. I am so glad i took the chance. I have used it about 4-5 times now (building up to every other night slowly) - and i am definitely seeing great results in the texture and just overall "look" of my skin. Sure, it is slightly painful, but I promise it's not nearly as bad as you think it will be, and the cost savings vs having this done at a salon? So worth it!

I love using this derma roller! This is my first time purchasing a derma roller, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Most others I saw for sale were only .25 mm, but I really wanted to purchase one a little longer than that. This one at .3 mm is perfect! It doesn’t hurt at all but I can really feel an effect each time I use it.I try to use it two to three times a week. I like to shower and wash my face first, then apply toner followed by a serum, and then I use the derma roller. Afterward, I rinse my face with water and then apply serum again followed by face cream. At this stage, I love the way my skin feels! It really drinks up any product I apply. I actually reapply my face cream another two times throughout the evening because my skin absorbs it so thoroughly afterward.I prefer to use the derma roller at night before bed, so the slight amount of redness I experience temporarily doesn’t matter. It goes away quickly. One time I did it during the day, and once my makeup was applied, there was no visible redness at all. It’s made a nice difference to my 40+ year old skin so far. I’ve been using it for the past three weeks or so. I’m excited to see what the results will be long term.The only less than stellar thing I could say about it is that, like others have mentioned, it does make a squeaking noise as it rolls back and forth. It’s not a really big deal, but I would like to find a solution to this. Perhaps I’ll try putting a drop of facial oil to joint where the roller spins?I’m very pleased with the results I’ve had so far. I will definitely purchase this product again when it’s time to replace it. Highly recommend.

I’ve never used one before but looked up tutorials online and haven’t had a problem with being cut like some reviewers stated. I did read that these need to be replaced often which makes sense but feels wasteful maybe a replaceable head would be nice. But overall works great, been using it two weeks or so and I definitely see a difference in my skin. My neck has loose skin from weight loss and it is much tighter only after two weeks. This is a no brained at them is price for the results you get.

Absolutely love my Derma Roller! Upon first hearing of this product, I was a little timid at the thought of needles going over my face. BUT, it’s literally the best feeling ever once it’s said and done. And if you use the dermaroller correctly (and just glide it over your face/problem areas), it doesn’t hurt at all. Very pleased with mine!

I noticed a difference in my skin after a few uses, it has helped with tone and texture . I have acne scars on my jaw line and it has done wonders minimizing and retexturing, the scarring is almost gone. When I purchased the micro needle I thought it would be like all of the other skincare gimmicks I tend to try... Nope! I am very happy with the product and definitely recommend .

Nice product works good.., high quality and packging ..ordered 0.3mm and using weekly as directed.., after two month will upgrade to 1mm . Good seller and arrived earlier then delivery date.. recommended..

Using this roller for a few weeks now and it really makes a difference especially combined with my vitamin c serum.I am very haply with the 0.3 size and i am planning to upgrade to 0.5mm soon.

I have only just received this and only used it once, but I can tell it has had some effect already. It did sting a bit afterwards, but soon went off. I’m hoping my under-eye wrinkles will smooth out. I will update my review when I have been using it for a while

Nachdem ich mir verschiedene Youtube-Videos zum Micro Needling angeschaut habe, habe ich mich selbst rangetraut.Habe den Roller mit 0,3mm Nadeln und bin zufrieden.Die Behandlung ist etwas unangenehm, tut aber nicht weh. Direkt nach der Anwendung ist die Haut rot und empfindlich, nach ca. 24 Stunden ist das aber verschwunden und man ist tatsächlich richtig aufgepolstert und feine Linien oder Fältchen wirken nicht mehr so tief.Wichtig ist eine gute Desinfektion von Roller und Haut, damit man sich keine Infektion zuzieht. Außerdem würde ich jedem nach dem "Rollern" ein Hochwertiges Hautserum zur Pflege empfehlen.

Skin is glowing after using the dream roller. Well worth the money

Ich habe mir Zeit gelassen bis zu ersten Nutzung, weil ich dachte dann 3 Tage das Haus nicht verlassen zu können. Nun habe ich bereits die 2. Nutzung hinter mir und bin sehr angetan. Der Roller liegt gut in der Hand und kommt in einer wiederverwendbaren Verpackung an. Ich habe mit auf youtube angesehen wie man das gute Stück richtig rollt und habe dann einfach mal draufgehalten ;.-) richtig ist, dass man ihn am besten am Abend verwendet , die Benutzung ist schmerzfrei, anschließend fühlt sich die Haut aber schon "verbrannt" an. Wie bei einem Sonnenbrand. Wie empfohlen habe ich dann eine gute Pflege verwendet. Die sofort von der Haut aufgesaugt wird und eine Maske. Danach ab ins Bett und am Folgemorgen hatte ich eine wirklich tolle strahlende Haut. Ich möchte es nun einmal die Woche verwenden ( im Sommer vielleicht etwas weniger) um mein Hautbild weiter zu verbessern. Mit sind da vor allem kleinere Poren wichtig und allgemein mehr frische . Die Reinigung mache ich mit 70% Alkohol aus der Apotheke NACH jeder Benutzung und zur Sicherheit auch VOR der Benutzung. Einfach verdünnt in einem Wasserglas. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Pizzica ma se hai coraggio lo fai il problema secondo me sono le pelli delicate e i capillari fragili forse il fai da te è un pò rischioso messo in stand by dopo che mi è spuntato un piccolo angioma sulla fronte forse ho insistito troppo e lì la pelle è sottile..Il prodotto è conforme alla descrizione e scorre.

Ist einfach zum Bedienen. Das Gesicht wird leicht rot nach der Anwendung. Meine gesichtsfältchen haben sich zwar nicht reduziert aber es ist gut für meine Blutzirkulation am Gesicht .man sieht frischer und entspannter aus am nächsten Tag.
