Best paddle I’ve used in 10 years of experience. Very sturdy; makes for contact while forcing the puncher to stabilize at the end of the punch like the traditional paddle. Great investment if you hold mitts/ paddles regularly.

These paddles came quickly and they're very high quality

I'm using these to teach my kid how to punch. As a result I'm not really hitting these with a lot of force, but I can judge the comfort level. They are easy to hold and relatively light in weight. The material seems strong and from dropping them a few times on the garage floor I don't see a lot of abrasive marks. I'll finish off the review with some pictures when I get a chance to hit them myself.

These power paddles are awesome. They are made of high density foam which distributes blows well. The handles have an actual hard handle below the foam so they are easy to get a good grip on. The wrist straps help the paddles to not go flying. Each paddle features a 7"x7" target. They are great for practice and have held up exceedingly well.
