Smooth claim process! Highly recommended! Lots of peace of mind!
Extended warranty worked, only took a few minutes to fill out the form and it was instantly approved! Very happy, thanks very much! This was a great purchase, generous protection plan, and fast resolution. Had to use my warranty plan two months and one week after purchase, the manufacturer went out of business but Asurion stepped up and took care of the issue.

Where is my asurion protection?
I’ve purchased protection for my Xbox controller and now I need to redeem it and Asurion is saying that I have NO PROTECTION and my account can’t be found so I’ve been screwed and lied to about false electronic protection.

The pad came assembled with easy instructions and start up. The pad is light enough in weight and it runs very smoothly and quietly. I've only had it for q day but I feel that it is great quality and value for the money.
