Reduces back and abdominal pain while in the car. Also, the cooling gel is nice on hot days.

Worth it‼️
I got this for my bf, he recently got his CDL and is on the rode for about 12+Hrs a day now. He complained about back pain a lot. Out of all the ones I looked I’m at I’m very happy I picked this one for him. He says his back feels rested and he can drive completely comfortable with it. And you can take the COVER OFF to WASH IT‼️ So no smelly back rest/covers.

Best Lumbar Support Pillow Ever!!
I have VERY BAD back pain, disk problems, sciatica, etc. This lumbar pillow is the best back support i have found. I tried several others and they were all horrible... (Well one was vacuum sealed in a bag, and I was afraid if I opened it and didn't like it they wouldn't take it back. So I just returned it.) I use it while I work (from home these days) and on the couch. I just ordered a second one so i dont have to keep schlepping it back and forth. It's pretty heavy but works great! I guess you can always trust Samsonite for quality products. 😊

well made and should work well in many scenarios
The 'cooling gel' part of this pillow is not as effective as hoped for. I was able to find the zipper for removing the insert but it didn't seem like there was a large enough opening to do that. Maybe I didn't try hard enough.

was a great pillow, and then...
I loved this pillow. It worked well and lasted for 2 years. THEN, the thin membrane which covers the cooling gel broke, and it got all over the place. It ruined the finish on one of my leather belts and I hope that the gel does not contain chemicals which cause any health issues, because it was all over my hands. It was a mess and was difficult to clean up. I loved the pillow so much, that i wrapped the inside pillow with Saran Wrap and put it back in the slip after washing it twice, but it was never the same. Now it makes crinkling noises and makes my back and face sweaty (if i try to use it for a head pillow). Even though the membrane broke and the gel made a mess, I still give the pillow 3 stars for how long it lasted and for how comfortable it was before it failed.

Great for a desk jockey!
I work a desk job and I am getting older. This support has helped me tremendously. Great firmness to it and helps sitting all day suck a little less!

Super Comfortable
This thing is super comfortable, I bought it to put in my computer chair, but it kinda pushes me too far forward. That’s not the products fault, that’s me misunderstanding my own need. I have found other uses for it and I absolutely love it.

Works good. I have a long torso though and it doesn't quite align with the curvatures. But the little cushion helps with that.

I bought this as I'm always having backpack when working and after long drives. I have found it has perfectly addressed the issue. Is comfortable and no more back pain.

It's okay. Could in the cold months and in the summer doesn't really have a cooling affect in warmer temps anyways. I should have got the regular one.

This thing has a critical flaw... It only has one (elastic) strap holding it in place. As a result, it flops all over the place, and never stays fixed in one position. You have to constantly readjust it as you're sitting. It's comfy and mostly effective when it's in place, but good luck getting that to happen...
