Couldn't be happier with this little device. The footprint is nice and small with a low profile aesthetic but big enough to fit all the cups and mugs I have tried without issue. The induction switch functions well and its so convenient to just put the cup on to start warming it up and remove it to turn it off without much heat loss in between sips. It does a very good job of keeping my coffee hot, but not too hot, and the tempered glass holds most of the heat so the casing, electronics, and whatever its sitting on stay fairly cool. I haven't tested the waterproofing yet but a few drops spilled on the edge caused no issues. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this for anyone that wants to keep their coffee at the perfect temp a bit longer.

This thing is awesome!!! I’ve always wanted one of these but never felt it was super necessary. But boy was I wrong!!! I always have the tendency to forget about my coffee and leave it sitting for too long and it ends up getting cold! I would always try to reheat in the microwave but it just ends up tasting bitter. This mug warmer is the perfect solution!!! Especially with lock down happening, I’m enjoying my coffee at home every morning these days so this is the perfect accessory! Super awesome that it’s easy to use AND WATERPROOF!!!

I don’t like the control button. It is underneath, you have to pick up the warmer to turn on or off. It makes it difficult since to turn it off, you have to pick it up and it is very hot. This is a very poor design feature. If I knew this, I would not have bought. Other than that, it is just ok, doesn’t keep coffee that hot.

Overall I enjoy this product. It does it’s job and keeps me from having to microwave my coffee three times after making it. The part where the mug sits is a bit slippery and there’s no lip to keep the mug on there but if it level, you shouldn’t have an issue.Update 7/24/20:After a lack of use due to my lack of school work at my desk in the summer, I moved it to a different desk to get more use and it has stopped working. It’s quite unfortunate that it stopped working and that the one I found at a thrift store for $1 works better...

My tea no longer gets cold! Love this little warmer. It’s just as expected and keeps my tea hot as long as its on so I can sip and enjoy for a long while. I would suggest that if your cup gets down to half, turn the heat setting to medium as liquid can get pretty hot when it’s a small amount on high setting. I read complains about the beeping sound, but honestly think the dryer buzzer is much worse... not an issue for me. I really like that the on/off switch is easily accessible right on the front.

The mug warmer had a burning smell and stopped working within 15 minutes of plugging it in for the first time.
