Deliciously Flavored Honey
I recently ordered this sweet honey bear for the third time. This is one of my favorite flavor treats to accent biscuits, English muffins, and other toasted breads. It also works as a highlight to fresh fruit (only a small amount needed!). I've used it in combination with balsamic vinegar as a marinade or dipping sauce for items like mini meatballs, sausages, etc. It would go well with pork, especially. We first had Huckleberry Haven honey several years ago, and I fell in love with it. I'm so glad that it's readily available to order through Amazon. It arrives quickly, and I try to always have some in the pantry. The squeezable bear container is easier to control than scooping honey out of a glass jar; definitely less messy. It's hard to adequately describe the unique flavor of huckleberries from Montana. There's a hint of tartness, which helps balance the honey's sweetness. If you enjoy blackberries, raspberries, or marionberries, give huckleberries a try!

Great little honey bear!
Gave this away, so I can't report on how it tasted, but it's a very cute little plastic squeeze bottle of very rich-looking huckleberry honey, made with huckleberries from Montana. Very unique!

No huckleberry taste
Has no huckleberry taste. Last year while we were in Wyoming we bought a different brand of huckleberry honey and loved it so o was excited to find this brand on Amazon. Well it is twice as dark as the other brand (which I know does not mean it’s not as good) but it had no huckleberry taste like the other brand does. Really disappointed.
