Poor quality; broke on first use
This thing is a POS. I ignored the reviews about the item arriving broken, as this was the exact same item I was trying to replace. It actually did not arrive broken, but after screwing it into the faucet appropriately, upon very first use it became detached, fell, and shattered. Without thinking and to avoid injury, I threw the pieces away (and some went down the drain), so now I don't actually have the item to return. I did take a photo, but I can't even figure out how to talk to a real person about this at Amazon, so I guess I'm out $40. Very poor quality.

Exact original maker part
Have looked everywhere for this handle. I have a very nice Moen faucet in the shower that was professionally installed several years ago. I learned from my plumber that the only parts that fit Moen products are Moen brand replacements. There are no acceptable substitutes that will fit and function properly. So glad to find Moen replacement parts here.

Fits well
The first one arrived broken but they replaced it for me. It’s a good replacement handle and is easy to install. Looks great in my bathroom.

Product is weak.
I ordered this handle thinking it came as a pair. It comes as one. I ordered a second and it arrived broken in the package. I sent it back for another. It crumbled as I screwed it in to the faucet. Shear and utter nonsense. Blah! A complete waste of money. I bought an entire new chrome faucet for the price of four of these handles.

Overpriced piece of rubbish that shattered when screwing it into place. Do not buy one of these!
