I wish I would have found this product before I gained the quarantine 15. However, I am glad I did. I have been taking this product for a couple of days I can’t really report any changes with weight loss, by I can definitely say this product is an awesome appetite suppressant. I purchased this product about a month ago based on other reviews. I lost 12 pounds in my first 2 weeks. I walk 4.5 miles 4x a week and I my home workouts on the other days. I also changed my eating a long time ago, so that wasn't a change for me at all.Well going into my 3rd week, I gained 5 pounds back. I still stuck to my workout plan and continued to eat my healthy foods. After completing the entire bottle I lost 5 pounds in a month, I don't feel as toned as expected, and I'm disappointed in my results with this product.The only good experience is that I didn't feel jittery, it really didn't boost my energy, it did suppress my appetite a little so I'm not sure why the 5 pound lost. Well I'll find something different to help with my November birthday goal.

I really love this product and how well it worked for me as an appetite suppressant. I took a pill every morning and one near the afternoon on fasting days to help keep my energy up and not feel so hungry. I could see and fee a difference. I actually have had these on subscription for a few months now just coming automatically and this morning they INCREASED the price over 10 bucks for me. I thought I was already paying too much but now I certainly can't afford it and will have to cancel. 30 bucks ---way too much to pay for these pills!
