In these difficult times, I still need a haircut as my hair ends up looking like a Guardsman's Busby. This set of clippers with various settings did the job absolutely as needed. Also comes with nose trimmer and shaver which I haven't tried but will. Lightweight and not like professional heavy duty ones but, at the price and for what I wanted them for, absolutely ideal.

Item arrived on time but on opening I found one of the plastic graded attachments had a broken clip. There box contained the following attachments 12 mm two 9mm and one 3 mm ( no 6mm Grade 2 cutter) Item works ok not bothering to return it as it was cheap and all the barber shops are closed.

There are two major things wrong and one more minor item. 1) The removeable plastic height adjusters were so difficult to remove, to the extent that in forcing them out the main head retaining screw came loose and I had to screw it back in. I then unscrewed the head completely to see what was wrong but then had problems getting the bits back on and it did not work properly again. 2). I needed it to cut hair and fortunately that head was already on when it arrived so I got one hair cut out of it. However, I could not get that head off at all. 3) The instructions were not worth having. They seemed to have been translated by google (or similar) and made little sense. This exacerbated the problem trying to remove the heads. OK, they were only about £20, so I guess you get what you pay for, but now I need to search for another set of better clippers.

I wasn’t holding out much hope as the item was cheaper than the more well known brands but it arrived in good time well packaged and instructions were easy to follow meaning a fairly good home hair cut was achieved at first tryWould definitely recommend for first time amateur hairdresser

It's not strong. took ages to cut the first haircut as it's just not very strong. And then half way through the second haircut it gave up ie the batteries were working, and it was buzzing, but the clippers weren't moving and nothing was being cut. Sadly these are too cheap and I got what I deserved.

The machine does not have enough strength for hair is very basic.Then I recommend paying for something else and buying something that has strength so as not to suffer those pulls of hair when it doesn't cut well because of the lack of strength.

Only used once for hair trimming. Recently tried out the shaver but could not initially work out how to change the heads and there are no instructions with the item. Eventually got the trimmer head off but could not place the shaver head. After many attempts, I got it on but totally hopeless and now cannot get it off again. Very poor performance all round and not worth the money. Looks as if I was caught out by the need to cut my hair in the lockdown and purchased an inferior product. Would like a refund

This product is an absolute RUBBISH!! Please Please do not waste your money. I tried using this crap to cut my hair and this rubbish didn’t even work. I had to use my disposable razor to shave off my hair in the end. I wish I could give it a zero star. I just could not believe that amazon allow this sort of product on its website. I have requested for a refund.
