The best!
It makes me mad that Amazon allows people to put negative reviews up because they cannot read that YES this has REAL CHEESE! That makes it great in my opinion! Actually what makes this great is that it is the one and nearly only breadcrumb without HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) now that’s bad and nobody puts that on their label saying we have HFCS, do they! Okay enough soapboxing. This is great it has natural breads and a large variety the crumbs are a nice size; not dust The seasoning is very fresh tasting and you know it’s there visually and tastes! See pic. The cheese helps it coat and brown and adds a nice nutty flavor Wow the size of this and value is incredible. The canister has a foil seal that has to be opened, it’s a tad difficult to grab and open so if you have arthritis or dexterity issues you’ll hate this feature. Plastic lid seals tight. It is a cardboard canister like most breadcrumbs today so keep it dry.

Great product to use with fish.
I buy this product to use with one thing--when I fry fish. I like that it's a thin coating. I have also used it in the past when I make meatballs or meatloaf. It has good flavor and sometimes I even add parmesan cheese to it before I coat the fish. Good value for one's money.

4C Premium Bread Crumbs are the best. I have used these bread crumbs for at least 10 years an never had a complaint with freshness or seasoning. I will always use these bread crumbs.

Best "store bought" Bread Crumbs I have ever used!!
As a former Italian restaurant owner with a very large Italian family, I need to share that these are the best "store bought" Bread Crumbs I have ever used!! Of course I doctored them up a bit, adding Romano cheese, fresh parsley and fresh garlic but as a base bread crumb they are fantastic!!

I usually buy the gluten free version of this product and accidentally bought the wheat based version. Pay close attention to the label. No return available.
