Great holster
I have worn numerous holsters and by far this is the most comfortable , stealthy and offers just enough retention that it won’t fall out accidentally. It pops on and out and grabs and holds the gun nicely. It rides high on the waist and grabs your belt perfectly and tight. I liked it so much I bought one for my son in law and he loves his as well. I recommend this holster for anyone who Carry’s on a daily basis.

my EDC...
After using for a year, this remains my favoritest holster for M&P 9c — out of a half dozen or ten others tried. This purchase is a spare/early replacement I want in-hand before "progress" makes it unavailable. I dock it a star because I need to make some alterations for full satisfaction. The simplest change is to move the clip over to the retention screws — that improves concealment as well as a claw or wedge and is stable at 2 o'clock carry, plus way more comfortable. You'll need a couple of longer screws and medium rubber washers to make this work.More effort is working with file and heat gun:1) flatten the off-side mag release cover;2) reshape the on-side mag release cover to retain a protective "curb" but allow operation with the pistol holstered (caution: done with too little clearance, this can make a pinch-point to catch clothing while reholstering);3) reshape the manual safety covers. The first version of this holster made no accommodation for the manual safety, so the holster mouth needed to be pushed out for that. The current version has a more than ample block formed for clearing the ambi safety levers — I pushed them in so the holster will activate the safety if I should fumble or forget. All that said, the holster is affordable and functional just as delivered. And less intimidating to customize than a holster costing 2x-3x as much.

Cheap, Mod-able, and Simple
I've carried this holster daily for over 2 years, and it's been an absolute dream. Small, simple, and it just works. It comes well finished out of the box, but for the price, it's the perfect platform to test your modding skills. Over the years, I've rounded some of the corners, lowered the sweat shield to match the height of the G48, softened some of the corners to fit my hand shape. I've added both an Ulticlip and a standard belt clip, so it works on jeans and sweats without issue. I've also modified a claw to fit in a more low-profile fashion.Overall, this holster has become an extension of my carry and I would be hard pressed to find something else that fits the bill, without modding of course. For the price, grab it, pull out the dremel and sandpaper, and don't look back.

Adjustable But ??
First off I gave you strong reviews on Amazon, but I wanted to offer a couple of comments and suggestions, first off if you are going to design the holster to be ambidextrous, you end up with a lot of holes, and raised areas, not necessarily pretty nor resulting in high comfort, that design should result in a significant savings to you the manufacturer, but none of those savings are passed along, your holster is at a par cost of specifically tailored holsters from your competitors. 2. The holster is thick measuring the belt loop and holster together, the thicker of the three that I measured; designed for such a thin pistol, I expected it to be thinner, It is actually thicker than my CYA holster for my Glock 26, which is a double stack and therefore thick 9mm. I would also expect the inside surface to cover higher on the waist, I guess when you design it as ambidextrous you don't know which side will be next to the skin. I also do not understand the need for (2) retention screws, with the size of the pistol and its extreme light weight 1 would be sufficient. I also miss the definitive slick while seating and unseating the pistol in the holser, your holster generates a sound of sorts, but is more a clunk than a click. I will say that if I tighten the retention screws tightly I get a click; unfortunately at that point it is difficult to unholster due to the tightness of the retention. By now you are tired of my remarks, but hey you asked for them.

Great idea, clip needs some work
First off, I wanna say I use a we the people holsters carry belt. It's pretty wide, still, and sturdy. It's also a little thick. It retains the gun well enough, but the clip doesn't seem to like my belt because it keeps slipping out of my pants whenever I go to draw.Even when I switched to a thinner belt, the clip just didn't like to gold on well enough.I understand it might work best with certain belts, so you might want to see what those are and wear those when using this holster.Otherwise, of you do get this holster and run into the same issue, I suggest replacing the clip.

Great product and Customer Service
Below is my original opinion, since then Concealment Express replaced my holster for free and it fits perfectly. Couldn't recommend enough! This isn't my first holster from concealment express, and they normally make fantastic products. I have their untuckable IWB holster and this for the same handgun. I have a Jericho 941 that is very hard to find quality holsters for, and concealment express is one of the only brands that makes this type of holster for that weapon. The untuckable one is fantastic, perfect lockup, adjustable retention, it's perfect. This holster does not have perfect lockup and the retention is sloppy at best. I feel like if I went down the stairs too fast it would jump out of the holster. Perhaps it's a bad model or it didn't heat treat correctly, but it's not as good as my first one.If you have a common handgun like a Glock, M&P, something like that, these are probably perfect. But if you have a less common weapon its possible you'll get a dud.It should also be mentioned that I haven't reached out to CE about this issue, so perhaps they would make it right, idk.
