Great gloves for food handling. I cook a lot of barbecue and these gloves work great for working with large cuts of meat. Insulated enough so you don’t get burned, yet still flexible enough to allow you to handle tools and things. I also use them when carving meat, much easier to just hold it while you slice than to try to use a fork.

Best damn gloves in the land. Gave it 4 stars because eventually I'll run out and have to get more.
