I purchased these by mistake, thinking they are just d-alpha tocopherol with some mixed tocopherols. But these also have selenium. I have no problem with any of the ingredients but these capsules are larger than the ones I have been using. Unfortunately this size always gets stuck in my throat. If one has no problems swallowing larger capsules, and I'm sure most people don't, this would not be a problem, but for me the size is just to big.

Thank you for a good product. I love to use it, but this time I'm afraid I won't be able to use it, as the goods are damaged during delivery. The goods were delivered without compliance with storage and delivery standards. The jar was not just hot but very hot. After that, I will not risk using your product.

It seems to be 250 IU & not 400. It works better when i take 2 at once. I can feel it similar to true 400 with 2 capsules together
